Fructose Causing Toothache

I've had this problem since December when I tried consuming pure fructose. Since then if I eat anything containing fructose I get toothache - apples, orange juice, sugar. It's in all my teeth no one tooth in particular. I have just been eating starch and milk for carbs and I've been fine but it's a bit boring I would like to be able to eat sugar and fruit again. Does anyone have any ideas?

I sometimes had mild toothaches from dried fruits. Ever since, I always rinse my mouth with water after I'm done eating them.

i always rinse my mouth with baking soda after eating sugar.
Baking soda creates an alkaline environment in your mouth, which prevents bacteria from growing and have natural whitening properties
