What would happen if one were to consume only fructose-dominant carbohydrates and use protein and fatty acids to convert into glucose (instead of consume glucose-dominant foods)?

I have not tried this but considered experimenting with it as a way to lose fat. I would imagine that you'd have to have a pretty healthy energy system for this to work as you'll be mostly relying on your liver to store glycogen from fructose and to release it when you need more glucose.
