So i had all of the above mentioned. Coffee, sugar, milk, Oj orange juice, and the redness has reduced. I went ***t twice today, although not bulky poo pebbles and some medium softer sizes. There seems to be a correlation with the redness and how i poo. The less ***t comes out the more inflammed my face appears to be..
I bet histamine issues have something to do with the rash. Citrus is a big offender for those of us who can’t properly cycle histamines.
