Fromage Frais 0 % - Leclerc

Hi,

I am buying this product and I am wondering if it is safe for use.
It doesn't say that has any gumis but the structure is like Philadelphia cheese and I am sceptical.
Does anyone here also buy this in Lecler? (French supermarket)

Well I am always skeptical when it comes to buy this kind of low end products but more generally I'm asking myself the same as I live in France and this is the most common type of fresh cheese in our supermarkets.
From what I understand, this type of cheese is not advisable as a staple as it may contain lactic acid.

As Peatit said I believe that there is some lactic acid in this type of cheese. I'm only buying 0% milk from Leclerc.
