  • Would get an overexaggerated stress response if I was going to pass a fancier car than me on the road. I worried that he might speed up and prevent me from passing.

:D:D:D:D:D Thats a good one

Haha, now I can laugh at myself, but back then it was (ridiculous) scary stuff. But even if wasn't a fancy car, I'd perhaps think the other guy was scaly and would want to jump out and fight or something lol.

When I was younger and stupider everytime someone started to overtake me I was downshifting and pedal to the medal. Then I were slowing to make him try again rofl :d

Anyway, on topic, do you know for sure you were low on T and Dht ((if yes, what was the score?)) , or you are assuming it from the behaviour? In that sense do you think someone could be high androgen but still have some general social anxiety, or these two can't exist together?

it was just in an extremely simple and poorly summarized way wanting to inform one of the ways to improve testosterone and increase metabolism with a diet high in nutrients.

Sometimes Peat was very precise and simplistic in his answers, something like: milk for calcium and a marrow soup with salt and some green leaves to improve body temperature and retain magnesium from the leaves ahha

I added this to the article:
Here’s what I’ve done or used back then that had the best result for me:

  • Gonadin (the old formula; it was strong GABA-ergic)
  • Aspirin (500mg-1g per day) and lots of sugar (milk and sugar most of the time, or meat and lots of potatoes)
  • Heating up – such as sitting in the car in the sun, exercising, using 1g aspirin, etc.
  • Androsterone – just 2 drops were good enough for a strong effect. If I used more I would get extremely irritable and short-tempered.
  • Tribulus Terrestris (3g daily of the NOW brand.)

Thanks @Hans for sharing this great article.
Thanks for reading!

I didn't test back then, but I was definitely low T as well as hypothyroid.

Poor and unrefreshed sleep
Low muscle mass and poor muscle tone
ED
Very long refractory period
Mood swings with frequent depression, while self-medicating on porn
Low body temps, cold intolerance and cold hands and feet
Horseshoe balding
Anxious
etc.

I was definitely a shy kid, but then things got a lot worse a few years later. After I fixed myself, all of the above is gone. I didn't do tests back then as I was poor AF, which massively contributed to the stress.

Yes, other neurotransmitters also play a role and someone with high T can still have anxiety. However, high T reduces the intensity of the anxiety. If someone has low T, but isn't anxious, perhaps they have ample progesterone and DHEA that creates allopregnanolone and androsterone, which is pro-GABA.

Yes that should work pretty good for most people.

Hi Ned, I see your posts since you joined and can infer from the tones of them that you are very serotonergic and potentially have liver issues.

I was just like that until a few months ago, and my life was literally hell, I would hate every one on Earth and be really bitter.

My life has now turned 180 for the best thanks to two major things :

- dropping transdermal T and jumping on oral and trandermal DHEA. It makes me calm and joyful, yet assertive and witty.

- eating liver twice a week.

I hope you see the end of it soon and can live life to the fullest, it's really worth it !

Wish you the best.

do you think it's possible to get out of a state of very low energy and constantly tired and sleepy with just a diet?
For some people yes. I was able to do it with minimal supps. Would likely have done it faster if I could have improved the environment more and better.
Some people might need other therapies, such as thyroid, anti-biotics, anti-glucocorticoids, mega-doses of certain supps, etc.

very interesting, I'm going to get a chicken's neck and make a soup out of it because of the thyroid somewhere in the neck ahah do you think it has any noticeable effect? maybe the thyroid doses would be low?

Don't forget to keep your surreal glands under control, you could have burn out and blame other sources...calcium, vitamin B5 and C are essential...sex hormones are produced here provided the hypothalamus and pituitary gland are working.

Nah, just asking a question. I am a direct person, and sensitive people generally get offended by it. So far, you are the only one who has been offended. Also, many around here just parrot whatever Peat said even though many of these ”Peat” diets don’t work for everyone. That‘s not knocking Peat, he was certainly intelligent.

When I say someone is very overweight or has terrible T levels, that is in no way an insult. That is direct, and they need to work on it, and I want them to fix it. It’s the opposite of what current culture and the medical industry will do. ”They” want men to be docile, feminine, alone, and submissive.

Also, glad that synthetic T is working for you. I don’t need it. My lab for total T just came back over 900. I personally believe most young guys jump on too soon before trying to raise their natural levels.

The tone of your post is extremely feminine. It sounds as if you take any disagreement personally as an insult. I’m glad you don’t hate people anymore, I never have personally. Now maybe you should work on growing some thicker skin and not being so sensitive to criticism or confrontation. Those are symptoms of high serotonin.

Have a good one bud.
