Yes! You don't taste any seaweed though, and there are no chunks of seaweed in it. I guess it just adds some beneficial minerals to the broth. I add salt to mine as it's unseasoned.

u literally put oxtail and lamb shank into a slow cooker, fill it with water, add a small amoutn of acv or oj, then let it cook, then fill the water in jars, and put in your fridge. "skill"
