I've tried googling this, but my god the internet has become saturated with idiocy so I thought I'd ask here. Obviously freezing is a relatively new concept to our civilisation - and eating meat fresh is probably the best. But is there any change in the make-up of things like liver/meat/milk if it is frozen, or does it actually preserve the nutrients?

I think some things can be frozen, some can't. If you freeze fruit for example, without making special preparations, you end up with a mess.
