I tried searching the forum for what to eat in the a.m., and haven't really found much. I generally wake up around 5 ish, and start my day with some o.j., milk, and eggs about an hour later. This has been feeling ok, but not really as satiating as I would like. I'm not crazy about milk powder pancakes, but think I might have to give it a go again. Any thoughts, or ideas on how to start the day with the perfect breakfast would be greatly appreciated.
