It says it contains tangerine oil though. I wonder if that is something they are adding in like an essential oil or something. Probably high in PUFA

Thats not bad. Too bad they feel they need to add it though, but most products are never perfect. Good find!

Or just make your own. Even I was able to do it! So simple and tastes ten times better than any commercially sold marmalade I’ve ever tasted. Saying that, it still wasn’t as good as my Mother’s.

You pretty much just boil orange peels with water and add then cook it down sugar right?

tangerine oil is mostly limonene...a monoterpene. Its benefits are discussed in this forum.
