I've tried this with interesting results and I would like to see other peoples feedback on it. Basically, drink 3/4 of a pint of squeezed lemon juice before bed and see if you have a better night sleep.

A big cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice? Is honey or sugar allowed?

Have you tried lesser doses? Does the effects last more than one night?

I would be willing to try, but I need to stock lemons first.
