There are quite a few threads here of people trying to change the shape of their faces,
the main substance referred to seems to be vitamin K2.
So when I came across the following study which looks at other stuff I thought it might be of interest to some people,
unfortunately it's only the abstract:
Effects of traditional Chinese medicine on bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement

Well whatever happend here, none of it would happen without actual physical force, the premise of orthodontics. That is very different from the comical claims of K2 magically turning a grown beta male’s skull into a Christopher Reeves. Like the K2 has a sixth fashion sense and knows what women like.

I'm a fan of the bone break formulas taken in low doses to help get thicker bones.
