The raw powder is also higher in anti-oxidants, but also in phytic acid. The roasting process reduces the phytic acid content, but also the anti-oxidant content.

Hmmm maybe i need to make the switch to cocoa, it definitely tastes better than the more bitter cocao.

Does anyone have an idea of the comparison between the two? Which is highest in copper and how else do they differ? Thanks!
