That was a really informative video. Fortunately we quit reheating things in the microwave, for the most part, several years ago. I didn't know rice and potatoes can be so toxic reheating them in the microwave! Reheating spinach and beets in the microwave can kill a baby wow! I haven't heard RP talk about any of those things.

I boil my potatoes and buckwheat once and keep them in their pot and lid under a few jackets.
This is also a way to make fresh cooked Starch every morning without reheating, I make the starch in the evening, cover with jackets and eat in the morning.
