Food Log Experiment

Hello All:

For approx 2 weeks I will be consuming the following and only the following:

UPON RISING
1 GLASS of Water with Charcoal
1 POT of Coffee with Vitamin B (energin), Estroban, Cocnut Oil and a spoonful of sugar

NOON
1 GLASS of Whole Milk
1 GLASS of OJ
1 GREEK YOGURT (20g protein)

NIGHT
3 quesadillas with corn tortillas
STEAK (every other night)
MILKSHAKE - Milk blended with Ice Cream and CASEIN PROTEIN

Any thoughts? I will keep up to date re: how I feel / function on here. Thanks

simplicity in consumption. goal is to minimize what i consumer to better focus on my work. would like to see how minimizing intakes affects my productive output and focus.

Where to begin? You need to enjoy your food. Charcoal that close to supplements is a waste of supplements. Coffee first thing in the morning is asking for stress hormones. Not enough food in general, how many calories is there, about 1500? Not enough carbs. I would not be able to last a day doing a diet like that.
