Hi guys! I want to know if its common between members here changes on behavior after introducing a peat food or a friendly food! After I reintroduced coffee to my diet I feel less rush to eat, i used to eat so fast, but after coffee i can eat like for 30 minutes. I can't differentiate if it's in my mind or is my metabolism(or both maybe).

Any Experiences?

A bit of fresh coffee in a balanced person actually turns the Delta state of a person up so in a sense your Mental Emition mental energy slows down to the heartrate. Delta is more of a nowness of life and I find You have to chew liquids more, liquify solids more. Basically, it does make you more aware of eating, enjoyment of the now. Perhaps its placebo but I know you're onto a great point with that comment.
