By the way, when I took more thyroid than I should've, 800 watts of incandescent lights immediately helped me feel a litte less tense. Once I even slept with those lights on.

A lot of sugar also helps.

I'm always so cold that I hurt. FREEZING cold, but my sensitivity to adrenaline is just as bad. I can only take 1-2 mcg, but then I don't feel anything. My bloated stomach, foggy/off balanced head is awful.

walk up the stairs of a multiple story building, that will hopefully warm you up.

If you find that it putters out when you inhale supposedly that's normal and it's called a Sinus Arrhythmia. It's part of the "Vagal Tone" controlled by the Vagus Nerve.

This is prominent mostly in children but sort of goes away as a person gets older.(out of shape) It still happens to me pretty strongly. It's almost as if my heart skips a beat.

Again a Sinus Arrhythmia is normal and occurs in people who are in cardiovascular shape. :2cents
