    Hi guys,

Any idea how to reverse this? I have pretty severe Fluorosis due to the water in my being very high in fluoride.

Here is what I am thinking of doing:

-Supplementing with proper minerals (calcium carbonate powder, magnesium carbonate, minor trace minerals)
    -Supplementing with vitamin K
    -Increase metabolism to generate CO2
    -Detoxify heavy metals/fluoride
-Home made toothpaste: Calcium carbonate (25%), xylitol (25%), baking soda (30%), coconut oil +flavoring (20%)
    -Avoid any sort of fluoride
    -Oil pulling

I am wondering if there is anything else I am missing? I would think if there was a way to increase bone turnover and basically rebuild the entire bone this disease can be reversed.

    All ideas are appreciated!

    Thanks

    fluoride detox is very tricky
some other things to try are boron and selenium
infrared sauna can also be useful to sweat it out.

also unless you have a whole house RO system, cut down on showers as you can absorb flouride through the skin

I would probably start with high doses of eggshell calcium (Peat mentions that the Maasai people had a regular intake of 5-7G/day).

Also, oysters would probably be good to add to the list.

Is this a self diagnosed fluorosis?

tamarind paste has been shown to increase fluoride excretion (in humans) and prevent fluorosis (in rats)
