That's why I always shave some tinfoil over my pasta...
That sounds delicious.
Could you point me toward a good tin foil shaver?

Thanks. Do you remember where did you get that value from?Aluminum Oxide is insoluble. Humans only absorb about .05% of ingested Aluminum. This is an average number that is probably even a bit less for Aluminum Oxide, and a bit more for Aluminum Citrate.
: idiThis one but if you're in a hurry there's no Air Prime (300lb or heavier). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006SJI8QA/?tag=rapefo-20
You could just put this in the sauce, it would be quite similar https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KS6X3PA/?tag=rapefo-20

This is what I thought too..You only need a minuscule amount of toxic metals to cause damage and accumulation over the years, don't you?
Might have to shift things about a bit in my kitchen,This one but if you're in a hurry there's no Air Prime (300lb or heavier). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006SJI8QA/?tag=rapefo-20

Do you think I will be able to get some larger chunks,
I can think of no better way to adsorb fluoride than alumina. Best would be to distill water through an Alumina column.
How about a fluoride column after that, to adsorb the aluminium?
Well, I think you are a few months off, but that's ok. :)
I've always assumed claims that the government puts it in our water to dumb us down and make us passive are correct. The "Nazis" used it on their enemies, not on their own population. But of course we are the enemy of the .001%. If Trump is blowing the whistle on vaccines-autism, maybe he'll do the same with fluoridation.I am pretty sure that fluoridating the water was the height of stupidity of our civilization. Of all the things...radiation, PUFA, etc...the adding of fluoride I think trumps them all. With the years of practice at these fluoride programs, it is now everywhere. In the soil, in our veggies, in our pipes and walls. Future civilizations will look back and say "holy crap! They put this toxic mineral in their water because they thought it was GOOD for them?! No wonder they drove themselves off a cliff." I really hope we can be a lesson to them, not only at the stupidity of humans and the need for humility, but also the extent we will go to prolonging that stupidity.

'100 000 lemmings can't be wrong' (as sung by aussie folk singer [eta: currently federal circuit court judge])No wonder they drove themselves off a cliff."
