Fixing Estrogen, Cortisol And Water Retention

I was wondering if people that have had issues with cortisol, estrogen and water retention. What did you do to fix it? What was the key things in terms of food, supps or other factors that made the biggest improvements?

Milk for the protein, calcium, sugar.
Plenty of salt.
Protein.
Progesterone.
CO2

Don't drink too much liquid (a pint or so consumed quickly causes serotonin release which increases aldosterone which increases water retention and inflammation).

It's hard not to drink too much liquid from Peat diet :P . Orange juice, milk, coffee etc.

Yeah, I think the idea is to sip it, not guzzle down cups of it at a time.

i still struggle with this esp water retention in the face and puffy face. dammit

@Peata to much water at once is not good because that raises serotonin. To much liquid or should i say gulping down some skimmed milk, oj, soda etc is not the same. Or at least when RP talks about it he says water can raise serotonin if you drink alot in one go
