20% of all estrogen sources generate 80% of the total estrogen absorbed from the body.
Which are these sources? What do you think?

Not sure I understand the question correctly. Estradiol is created from androstenedione and testosterone. Estrone from DHEA. Diabetes, excess adipose tissue and inflammation (sleep apnea, excess PUFA, sleep loss, endotoxin, diabetes, etc.) are the most potent inducers of aromatase.

How about the environmental sources as washing detergents, tap water, conventional meats and so on?

Very minimally depending on your exposure. Washing detergents are more likely to cause skin irritation and perhaps acne. Conventional meats as in non-grass fed or as in processed meat?
Plastics are probably the biggest concern, but daily exposure isn't that much unless you're consuming food all the time that came in contact with thin and clear plastic when it was hot. Junk food in general might be a bigger concern since you don't necessarily know what's in it.
