Fiberous foods 6-8 hours

Anyone notice when they eat fiberous food they feel the intestine start to move around 6-8 hours? thats when gas happens and the uncomfortable feeling of being slow/less athletic... Dont get when fiber is at 0...

Anyone else?

If your blood type A you need fiber especially a lot of people do not do well on meat. There are four blood types and eight RH factor combos. Yes fiber is good for the middle of the day when you're intestines need to be moved excuse me for sounding strange on a ray peat forum but you do need fiber in the middle of the day between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. because that is your small intestine time

Blood type o and b do better on meat and dairy
I have no idea on my blood type

I suspect O though

"Blood group O is the most common blood group. Almost half of the UK population (48%) has blood group O."

Find a blood bank to give blood. They will let you know your blood type
