And in-between a few sips of a carbonated sweet drink is by far the most efficient way I manage to clear any brain fog, stress or fatigue.

Makes sense since this way you'll be replenishing; Glucose, CO2, ATP, and water, simultaneously. (and pregnenolone if you consider the part redlight plays in steroidal synthesis.)

ok, I bought several small infrared light box panels... on craigslidt, and made a large redlight wall panel basically...
I tried the system you mentioned.

stand in front of red light, and bag breath.
I could only do it a few seconds at a time before I felt too affected by it.. so Id stop and then start again after a few mnutes.
I didnt include and drink, but may add that next time
