I can't seem to find an answer to my question on the forum... so if I missed it, please direct me to the thread/post :)

What's the turnover (right word?) of the fat-soluble vitamins?

I'm aware that it will be different for each person but there's probably some "standard" answer to that? I've read once a week is enough, others everyday...

And also, am I right to believe that the health of the liver will have an impact on the storage of the vitamins?
