It's specific amino acid restriction in general, it's not the biggest fat burner of them but it modifies oxidation/storage patterns e.g. Dietary Methionine Restriction Increases Fat Oxidation in Obese Adults with Metabolic Syndrome [Despite Same EE In Both Diets]
