Though I don't follow a peat protocol, mostly just pufa avoidance. Though I don't avoid sugar either like most other diets.

Edit: After testing with a few people I know I would say this predictor is very inaccurate

This makes sense to me. I get told by people I look older than I am - Besides peating I personally think forward maxillary growth makes you look a lot older than you are

No peating , Mainly keto/low carbs (but low PUFA also)

21 actual age, says 28.. no peating due to intolerances but limit omega 6. Most people think I look 16-17 but my skin is definitely prematurely aged due to high cortisol/acne scars

On the contrary even if it’s not neotenous, I think forward growth is the key to youthful looks and aging well. Broad face looks youthful even at low body fat, bones pulling up the skin preventing sagging, cheekbones supporting the undereyes so there’s no tearthroughs/hollows. It’s a mature look but not an aged one

I agree that forward maxillary growth makes you look youthful - more bone support all around the face to support the skin through time - but teenagers and young adults with forward maxillary growth tend to look more 'adults' to me - like if they dressed the part I would guess for them to be a lot older.

Adults without this look more baby-faced/flat-faced to me and I usually guess for them to look a lot younger. Once again this is imo, I know progesterone and the like this makes your face look more youthful - when my DHT is high (when I feel best), my bones appear more dense and I look more manly/dominant/ when I get people that guess that I'm older.

If it's lower it's because peating keeps you young. If it's higher it's because peating makes you look mature.

FWIW...
Face age: 32
Real Age: 49
I've always had a youthful face, but I have never eaten seed oils, and dairy, red meat, real olive oil, lean fish, fruit and honey have always been a large part of my diet.

Hi Yucca, not to derail this thread too much but what's your diet like, what do you eat everyday?

This tool is pretty inaccurate IMO. In real life people say I look young for my age - certainly not over 30.

@OccamzRazer : Meat, fish, green vegetables, lots of olive oil (south of France), lots of raw fat cheese, red wine. Most of them are organic (but not always), and rice pudding 4-5x/week for a small carb reload (mostly after weight training)
I do intermittent fasting also, about 18/6, more or less…

Been peating about a year but followed Weston Price for decades, avoiding PUFA.
