I Am suspect undermethylator, histamine results still not in probably sky high , history of adhd, sometimes angiotensin system activation, high zinc (results incoming), low copper at times, here ceruplasmin is still kinda the low end.

hypothyroid, taking t3 t4 is working but something is still not functioning

Thanks

What is you diet like on a day-to-day or weekly basis? I wonder if you have a nutritional imbalance.

I have really cut down on starches really as i read grains are not the best.

So im relying chiefly on meat, sometimes organs, lettuce, fruit juices, cheese ,milk , oj

Cut out all wheat based products (pasta, pizza, bread, etc)

If you’re low folic acid you may not be undermethylator
And if you have histamine issue thyroid isn’t meant to resolve it as thyroid raises event more histamine sensivity

Eat food high in folate, such as organ meat. Beef liver is good, but chicken liver is the best. Just find a good recipe and it taste really good.
Beef liver will be good to up your copper as well.
I also think donating blood to lower excess ferritin is a good idea. Unless the ferritin is elevated due to inflammation. But ceruloplasmin usually goes up with inflammation as well, so it's probably excess iron storage.
Have you checked transferrin saturation?

Your ferritin is fine. Other labs have normal ref ranges up to 500. Where is your serum iron exam? Just buy some folic acid and methyfolate supps. Your D3 is very low, I guess you know what to do in this case.

Lactoferrin is supposed to be good for reducing excess iron. Here's a great article on iron by Dr. Peat: Iron's Dangers

Just FYI, many grain products like commercial breads and pastries, even cereals, have iron added to them by law. If you buy organic wheat flour, for example, you'll just get the flour and not the added iron.
