Because you need some serotonin! Its simply low and that makes you feel awful.

Serotonin is not something bad perse. It just needs to be in right amount. Same for estrogen. Yes high is bad. But too low and you feel like a wreck.

If you feel bad from it dont take it. You are probably good then

Everytime i take cyproheptadine(4-8 mg's) i get extremely irritable and super aggressive to the point which isnt funny anymore. Anyone know why? Feels like a serotonin rebound thing :/

Cypro will increase aggression toward psychopaths, your empathy should increase towards other empathetic humanbeings. If empathy isnt increased toward actual good humanbeings (you might not know youself who is bad or not but the brain seems to know) then something is wrong haha.

The cause of aggression when he take cypro is defenitely not from low serotonin. There is something else going on.
