Is it imperative that you stop exercising when trying to repair thyroid function?
I have been eating pro metabolic for 4-6 weeks now and have paused all exercise but really am missing my jogging routine.
Has anyone experienced thyroid healing with pro metabolic eating AND continuing cardio exercise (running) or is it strict no no?
