Ray mentioned that one can easily cover its vit-c requirements with (fresh) meat only. Has anyone found any evidence/study showing significant amounts of DHAA in meats beside organ meat (liver, kidney and heart)?

It may've been a different interview,
but in the KMUD interview "Antioxidants,"
Peat does discuss a form of Vitamin C in meats and milk and other sources.
I believe it is the one you note.

In that interview,
I don't think Peat said exactly
that meat eating alone could cover daily vitamin C requirements,
although he did generally seem to think
that meat supplies a lot,
as do other sources like milk
which are not typically thought of as big Vitamin C sources.

I read somewhere about the early polar expiditions, where fresh meat was needed to avoid scurvy, so I think there is something about it.
