Evaporating Milk to Reduce Urination?

Hey guys,

I love milk, the only issue I notice that I have with it is anything watery (water, fruit, milk) during Winter months makes me pee a lot!

One solution I thought of was to reduce milk by evaporating it, has anyone tried something similar with good results?

Thanks for any tips. :)

Hypothyroidism causes you to pee too much. Hypothyroidism is always worse in the winter. Check your temperatures and pulses to confirm.

Thanks I'll keep an eye on them. whenever I've checked my pulse it's been ok but haven't checked morning temps. I usually go by whether my hands and feet are warm as they're often not, esp in Winter.

It seems the excessive peeing could in part be due to watery fruit, with just milk it's much less frequent.

Make it into cottage cheese - it's easy.

Heat to 120 F, add 1/2 cup + or - vinegar / lemon juice

drain

rinse - break up curds

press out water (metal mesh strainer is fine, or cheesecloth)

add salt - eat

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm def going to try experimenting more with dairy.

I've recently found that low fat greek yoghurt is a nice way to get dairy with reduced liquid. I forgot how good yoghurt, fruit and honey is!
