Around 90 % is eugenol with density around that of water. So around 900 mg.

May I take the opportunity and ask you how can I estimate the eugenol contained in clove powder? I'm asking because I assume I exaggerated when I put the powder with the coffee in the mocha. I suspect it inhibited MAO B and I struggled to degrade the neurotransmitters.
I still want to continue to exploit its benefits against neurodegeneration.
