Does anyone know if increasing Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase is necessarily a bad thing?

From what I've read, iNOS and nNOS are the ones to be more concerned about inhibiting.

Any more information would be really useful.

Probably contextual as usual and not necessarily “bad” or “good”. In one of the KMUD interviews Peat describes NO as dedifferentiating tending toward lower energy state. Andrew asked if it was like stem cells and Peat agreed. This would be good for localized wound healing. It seems this NO would happen naturally and not anything that would need encouragement. Generally speaking, Peat is in favor of tending toward higher energy states, differentiated and specific. This would mean not encouraging this dedifferention with NO enhancers.
