For how long have you been peating? And before peating, did you look older than your age?
I have been “Peating” for over 5 years, and though I did look younger than my age, my skin and hair were not the greatest and I was always trying to manage my weight. I look tons better now. I had always had a long face and I have a wider face now and like it better.

Here is a black and white pic of me, at my best, at 32 years old and here are 2 pics of me over the last two months, without even trying, at 59. I don’t particularly think I looked young for my age at 32.

You are good looking and you seem a person with lots of vitality. I also think being goodlooking hides the aging in some way. The wide face is due to normal aging. Old people have bigger skulls.

I saw you that you have lots of food recipes, do you think cooking helped your skin in some way?

I don’t know that cooking helped my skin, because I always cooked and things didn’t look so good, but cooking “Peaty” certainly has changed things.

Thank you for the sweet compliment?

wimpy kids tend to be less androgenic, and testosterone definitely makes you look mature both during and post development (look at female steroid abusers who look like 60 year old miners in the face). This wimpyness tends to make you fearful and indecisive, so you don't take on as much responsibility or become a mature adult as quickly.

Anecdotally I can tell that there might be some truth to this.
I had a nice childhood (living together with my parents, a sibling and my grandparents in the same house a bit outside of town. The latter was maybe one of the reasons why I did not have that many friends and I was definitely socially underdeveloped.
When hitting puberty, in contrast to my male classmates, I was not really interested in girls also. All their strange behavior seemed mostly odd to me at the time. All that slowly but steadily normalized later when my "Twenties" started. At around the age of 30 I was 100% looking much younger than my friends around the same age. I can still remember that during a summer job I was asked if I would be graduating from highs school that year (which I already did 12 years ago :): ).
So then the thirties kicked in, I met my wife and got blessed with three kids and today I don't look that much younger anymore (maybe still a little bit ).
