was wondering if there is anything that can help prevent the massive beatiing i get from being around
4g.Im here in the us in Atlanta.Seems that 1 or 2 hours of or exposure early in the day leaves me zapped and need to lay down the reat of the day.If its longer than that i spend the next couple days in bed.I feel like im very sensitove

Also have ebv high early antigen viral load

What happpena for example infomto chipoltle and people there with their 4g devices leaves me zapped weak in the legs and confused of my surroundings.I struggle sleeping amd feel fumed an electrified.As a reault of this my cortisol is high and lympocytes slightly high outside normal.

Is there anything that can help prevent the neuroimmunonendrocrin ****

an article i read long ago spoke about getting sunlight to neutralize the effects of emf on the body

it works for me most times

another article i read dealt with how certain minerals like iron can make the body more suseptible to emf poisoning. you'll have to google it and explore.

another thing is water tends to neutralize emf signals. i've been doing some research on how to prevent 5g issues and running water will block emf. or perhaps taking more showers might work or swimming or beach.

Keep Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc at optimal levels. They are all known to act as calcium channel antagonists (Magnesium being the most fundamentally-acting one) which is the main pathway through which EMFs cause negative effects. Restricting these channels is also very protective against heart disease and the link with Magnesium is particularly strong. Seems to be working for me as I consistently feel low Serotonin (a proven EMF effect).

I also have been getting panic attacks becauase of health anxiety

Just started taking daily clonopin

I did several miles of barefoot waking in uv times at a park on my off days when

i started suffering several months aho while working at delta

I would also expose my genitals and testes Every few hours
After awhile stared feeling ill

And wake up in the middle of the night with bad malaise

I then would take a baking soda/salt bathcombined with hot bath

which made things worse

Now i can barely tolerate the sun and many times get fever reactions

Also started seeing escorts after exposure to sunlight to testes and was very nausous after sex

Ifound out i had epstein barr with a early antigen load of 33

And after all of this walking for several hours a day several months ago and being very fit

I can only walk 5 minutes makes before i need to rest for several hours

And unfortunately need assist
From parents.no jon home most of the day

I stay home mostly because the oxidative stress from some agent has

Changed neurology where noises seem

Loud.Most public places seem difficult

Emf sensitivty+Sunlight uv
Induced radiation unwisely heating the testes and body=potential mitochondria dysfunction

Any way to alleviate this process?

My Psychiatrist who has talked with my dad believes that i am suffering from delusions

There have been suggeations to have me live in a mental health facilty

So what would you guys do in my situation only 1800 in savings very senaitive to 4g with 5g coming

Actions to take as a human

Looking for an existential path to freedom?

I would give high dose Magnesium (1-2g) a try for a while, it is generally very calming and it works in the opposite direction of about every form of mental illness (as a large spectrum, from anxiety, paranoia, adhd, bipolarity to schizophrenia and autism). It achieves this in several ways : by being an NMDA and calcium receptor antagonist (which is what neurotoxic Glutamate also acts through), by restricting mast cells release, by increasing ATP levels (energy to the brain, could also be linked to chronic fatigue), by inhibiting Nitric Oxide (which is linked with mania), by its antibacterial potency (esp. the Citrate form) to reduce Endotoxins which promote cortisol, and by promoting blood circulation to the brain through decalcification. It helps with speech, decreasing anxiety and fears, mental clarity and acuity, even sociability. I would also consider Glycine.

I think that EMFs have more perceptible effects when the systemic condition (especially the parameters that Magnesium fix) is unfavorable, which leads some people to label themselves as EMF-sensitive thinking it is a permanent status but I believe a shift away from the various stress hormones can change this. Since Mag both act on blocking EMF effects and restoring mental wellness in various ways you couldn't tell if it was only the EMFs causing your issues but that isn't important when you feel good again.

No I meant it helps by reducing the ability of Endotoxins to trigger cortisol (so it's anti-cortisol). It helps with chronic fatigue by raising ATP levels which is the constructive way of producing energy as opposed to how stress hormones do it (and they tend to raise when ATP levels are insufficient too).

It is closer to a sedative but not quite. You would perform and think better in a high stress/pressure environment for instance, in which sedatives wouldn't help as much by slowing down mental and physical functions but Mag doesn't (it may seem so if one is used to function on adrenaline and thinks its his normal state). It also improves athletic performance.

I asked Ray Peat recently about protecting against EMF around my home. His response below:

"Depending on the source, a few wires attached to ground can provide protection, but if it’s from a nearby microwave source such as a phone transmission tower, a grounded wire mesh is needed between you and the source." -RP

I'm pretty "green" with combatting EMF besides turning wifi off and staying away from my cell phone as much as possible.

Anyone have a link (article, video) for what Ray is suggesting above to do?
