Elevated 17 alpha hydroxyprogesterone low testosterone and male pattern baldness

what is the cause of elevated 17 alpha hydroxyprogesterone and how can i fix it?

My last blood tests all showed that my 17 alpha hydroxyprogesterone was elevated and my testosterone was below average (this could be caused by a small varicocele althought im not sure if it really is one).

I also have male pattern baldness at the age of 19 although it is very slow and not aggressive

They tested me for that and also something else but both tests were negative.
