I’ve just joined the forum and have a question I’d like to ask.
I woke up with cystic acne on my scalp and rashes on my elbows. I also have a mouth ulcer inside my mouth that I didn’t have yesterday.
I have increased my consumption of sugar recently. I took effervescent aspirin yesterday because I had a sudden and severe headache, unusual. The aspirin made me very sleepy, I was in a mall and literally had to take a nap for 15/20 min. I also had oysters a day ago, which was unusual.
My digestion deteriorated in 2 days and I'm feeling very tired. It's strange because I was doing well recently.
Other than that I haven’t changed my diet, which is essentially 1L milk, sugar, potatoes, cheese, rice, and beef/fish, gelatin, green tea and grapes.
I don’t take supplement other than thyroid.
Any idea ?
