Einkhorn Flour Bread Recipe

Hi does anyone have a great recipe for making a great load of bread. Would it be okay for people who are.gluten sensitive?

Elize have you gone on the Jovial site? I have been experimenting and like the taste. I do not like the no knead recipe because the loaf is too hard so I am using the dough setting on bread machine and just put in a loaf pan and bake. My husband loves the buns I make. Also makes a good Mexican Wedding Cookie with macadamia nuts. There are some keys to make sure these come out correctly, mostly using more flour than what the recipe calls for.
