For those of us wanting to get a bit more choline in the diet, it seems
" Egg-yolk lecithin contains relatively more saturated FA than does soy-
bean lecithin, so it may have better oxidative stability. The an-
tioxidant activity of egg-yolk PL was also reported in a recent
study (5)."
Obviously soy/sunflower lecithin is a no go. But egg yolks/ egg yolk lecithin powder maybe the best way to go..
