I’m a young female and I have sex once or twice a week, but I stopped masturbation and sometimes even withhold my orgasms. I am aware that the negative hormonal effects of masturbation is worse in men, but I am curious the effect it has on women. I have noticed that my body hair grows slower when I abstain from masturbation, and I feel more spiritually elevated, feminine and grounded. But is it better to have orgasms?

As a male who practices semen retention, and has for a while, I can attest to the 'power' this brings.
I can't really speak from a woman's point of view but from research, I believe that an orgasm would still deplete a woman, still to a much less degree than that of a guy.
From what I know and have seen masturbation definitely reduces vitality and health in both sexes.
I believe a woman absolutely needs an orgasm from time to time, a man does not. Ultimately you should refrain from orgasm for a while (not sex) and see how you feel. Still very much curious how this interplays with women.

At the very least woman can also **** up their dopamine with excess porn/masturbation.
