Effects Of Bad Meal

lets say you ate a meal that had ingrediemts such as oil, margarine and maybe some flour, these are all foods that dont agree with me, after the normal transit time of the meal(lets say 38-40hours) to be excreted out, would there still be lingering effects from that meal? and whats it from intestinal irritation and endotoxin? i guess what i am asking is how long does it take for you to feel normal after a bad meal?

Not long. One meal isn't anything to worry about at all.
