Can collagen and amino acids be added to heat? I like putting them in my coffee to balance out the amino acid profile of my meals. They’re not boiled but placed into pretty warm coffee? Would the proteins become denatured by doing this ? Thank you

I liked collagen in my coffee too until another forum member said it gets unstable in heat. So now I just mix a tablespoon in water and drink it down a couple of times, ir more, alongside a meat meal, a glass of milk or ice cream.
