I was doing no PMO for 113days trying to see if I could experience the benefits I've read about. So during the first months I felt great and I felt better and better as time went on,then I was stressed badly around the 113th day and I gave in and fapped I'd say within that week I did it around 10 times. The first few times I was still feeling fine now I absolutely feel completely impotent nothing I tried is helping I feel terrible and depressed going from once strong erections to nothing the mental aspect of this is killing me I just want to feel normal again. If anyone can suggest what I can do or take to help me get some activity down stairs again it be greatly appreciated.

People can tell you to take this or do that... what will ultimately help you, however, is the same thing that helped you originally: time.

You stopped choking your chicken then binged on it. Your body went from 0-100 in a small span of time, and now it will require time to revert back to baseline. Give it some time and make sure to eat plenty of nutrient-dense foods (beef liver and oyster are great for this). Dopaminergic herbs like Mai Ya or Tribulus can help too

I think I could possibly have a lymphocele or venous leakage do you know anything about either of those?

In my youth and into my 50's, I could fap several times a week and still make love with my wife. In my 40's, many spontaneous erections during the day. She gave up on sex about 15 years ago. My opinion about 'no fap' is that I'm skeptical if that's the way to restore erectile function. Your prostate isn't enjoying it and you could find yourself with non-bacterial prostatitis from a quite congested gland. That I've been told by doctors. Maybe diet & lifestyle(exercise) and restriction on porn viewing will help with restoring function, but if not, if you can tolerate a PDE-5 inhibitor, buy some online from India. It's the same product sold in the US, EU and Canada. Losing sexual function drives on depression and low self esteem. Men are supposed to have erections and be sexually functional. This isn't ego tripping. Life without sex, whether with a spouse or partner or FWB is emotionally painful. Having an orgasm will flood the brains of the participants with endorphins.

PMO doesnt cause ED. Thats a metabolic physical/hormonal problem, or a physical structural problem with that area.
If its just a refractory period that resolves itself. IF you have a long refractory period that too means low metabolsm
