My delts and traps are naturally well-developed (from training) , yet I don't have high Testosterone.My traps pop out like crazy just from doing Deadlifts. If I train them directly with shrugs, even more, so I stopped doing that.His deltoids and upper back/traps/neck exploded due to high androgen receptors in those areas. giving the appearance of a frame increase relative to his hips.
My delts have that 3D, capped look , and I train them only once per week.
