Eating Liver - How Long Before You Notice Benefits?

I make a liver and oyster pate. About 300g liver and four or five fresh oysters. I used to make a liver only version, but our fish monger now has great oysters.

Delicious - my 3 year old eats it out of the jar.
Sounds delicious. Other ingredients? Do you fry and blend?

I eat about 1/4 of a pound once a week. Not sure if that’s too much or not but I seem to be holding up alright
