Eating for metabolic heat

Hi all,

Interested in foods and meal frequency that have brought the most success to healing/consistent heat (elevated pulse and temp) results. For me, coffee with milk and sugar in the mornings is a good way to start my day. Salt is noticeably potent etc.

Additionally; Have folks found that steady and consistent good nutrition eliminates the need for thyroid supplementation?

No I still have to continue with thyroid supplementation. Having a good diet may support you to use less thyroid meds but not with dropping it all together. Good nutrition also differs from person to person based on other conditions you have. Those with Celiac disease or Hashimo may not be able to handle the same diet as you.
