Just want to know how you guys deal with eating out at restaurants, friend's places, family's places, etc.

A lot of food that is discouraged by Ray Peat and Ray Peat based nutritionists is served in these situations, and it's frequently unavoidable, so how do you get around it or offset the damage while still remaining social?

You need to try and find the best foods in the situation and maybe mitigate with supps like vitamin E. For me, if its just too bad (deep fried food) I won’t eat.
