Early ovulation?

My ovulation has for the past cycle started unusually early (between day 10 and 12) instead of 15-16. What could be a reason for this? Thank you

That’s a good idea but I’m only 5 kg above the ideal weight for my height. I have eaten a lot more juice in the last couple months and I suspect my liver doesn’t like it so maybe that’s connected

I don't know much on the subject. Is early ovulation a bad thing?
