E1 And E2 Estrogens In Men

Does Ray Peat have any articles that discuss the toxic forms estrogen in men? Estrogens fractionate to Estrone (E1) Estradiol (E2) and Estriol (E3). E1 and E2 are thought to cause cancer and auto-immune diseases and rob energy. I have high E2 (outside normal range) and want to understand the issue better.

I love to hear some Peat type suggestions on this topic too!

I'm 40, very active, have low body fat, to be honest i eat quite Paleo style vs peat style.
My Saliva test returned showing im super high in E1, E2 and E3!!!

Any dietary suggestions? I already drink green tea, supplement with some tumeric and zinc and eat alot of veggies and fibre, so i'm stumped.

Too much fat overall maybe?
Estrogens in butter? Though i dont always eat butter.
Non organic meat?
