Hello, I am Robin from the Netherlands, 33 years old, unemployed IT CO manager.
I am recovering from addiction, depression and tendon injury. That is why I am now staying with family in Belize.
My interests in healing food are: orthomolecular food and supplements, fytotherapie, ayurveda, chinese medicin.
I started to research food and plants 5 years ago when I got tendon injury and my mother was suffering from hypothyroidism and fibromyalgia and tendon inflammation.
A few years ago I discovered Ray Peat's work via some hair-loss treatment forum, somehow.
And after reading his articles, I was hooked.
I started implementing Peats idea's in my diet and it improved my health!
Now I am studying to be a Vitality Coach.
