Hi,

I recently had a DUTCH Test and would really appreciate any suggestions on how to address the hormonal imbalances.

BACKGROUND
Followed a low sugar diet, with periods of strict keto for several years. Over the last 2 years I lost over 10 kgs muscles mass, developed a gut infection, had elevated liver enzymes, fatigue, heart palpitations, high cortisol and zero sex drive.

Having recently discovered this forum and switched to a high carbohydrate and fructose diet, my energy levels are starting to improve.

MAIN ISSUES
- Very high SHBG -122nmol/L, causing low free Testosterone
- High Cortisone with extreme preference for cortisol
- Estrogen: high preference for 4-OH-E1 pathway and poor methylation

I'm supplementing with:
- DIM
- Calcium D Glucarate
- Zinc
-Magnesium
- Boron
- LiverCare

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Test results attached
